Plastic coated gabions box consists of a basket manufactured from heavily galvanized and polymer coated double twisted hexagonal woven steel wire mesh, PVC coated for longevity & more anti-corrosion, can be uesd more than 15 years, it's easy to installation,no special technology needed.

PVC Gabion stone box & Gabion mattress are wire mesh baskets to filled stone properly wired together for construction of erosion control structures and to stabilse steep slopes and prevent erosion, In order to reinforce the structure, all mesh panel edges are selvedged with a wire having a greater diameter.
