Passive Rockfall Netting For Slope Protection / SNS Rope Netting
Product Description:
Rockfall Mesh is also known as Rock Fall Protection, Rockfall Netting or sometimes Rockmesh. Rockfall Mesh is often a steel woven double twist wire mesh used to prevent rocks from falling and to protect people, roadways, railways, buildings and other structures.
Rock Fall Barriers are systems intended to shield the territories around a slope from falling rocks include mesh or cable nets, barriers and fences, and catchment areas. It allow rocks to fall however keep them from bringing on any harm to a structure or people in general.
The classical distinctions made between active and passive protection systems are these:
"Passive" systems are those that hinder or control rock falls or avalanches to protect the infrastructure below the slope; such as roads, railways, buildings, etc.-. Passive systems include:
Drapery system
Rock fall protection barriers
Catch fences
Rock fall protection embankments

GTC-65B | TC/65 | Φ16 edge (or upper edge) wire rope anchor + Φ12 edge (or upper edge) Support rope + Φ8 suture rope | Single-layer steel wire mesh, the length of the bolt is generally 2-3m, and the pull-out force is not less than 50KN. |
Slope protection mesh features:
High strength.
Short installation period
Less weight, easy to transport
Good ventilation
Excellent corrosion resistance
Easy maintenance
Applications:
Rockfall Net method stabilizes unstable slope surface using the combination of rock bolts and wire ropes. By tightening wire ropes, it is possible to hold back the loosened slope ground so that small scale surface sliding will be prevented.
