b. Because samples are customized, it takes us more labor costs than mass production.

c. Usually sample delivery time is around 10 to 20 days.(up to the products)

Step 4: Provide PI to you, you make payment accordingly.

Step 5: Start production, and keep in touch with you .

Step 6: Send you details and photos when qualified sample is finished.

Step 7: Shipment after above information is confirmed.

A:Our factory is located in cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A:The material is galvanized steel Q235, Mild steel, stainless steel( Sus 304.316. 201 301. 430 etc.,) Copper, brass, Aluminum(Al 6061,6016,6063 etc.,)

4.Q: The maximum press your fatory have available ?

A: Our factory have 30T,60T,160T,200T punching machine.And we have 2 Laser cutting machine(6m*4m,2000Watt).

5.Q:What about the hardware of your factory?

A: Our factory owns a full set of Machining equipment, include large CNC machning center, CNC lathe, CNC drilling machine, CNC milling machine, CNC grinding machine, CNC boring machine. Sodic EDM machning,import EDM-HS,Radial drilling machines,Milling machines,Grinders,three-D inspection etc.

A:Quality is priority. ONIC people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
