Copolymer coated copper tape applies for medium and high voltage power cables as a layer of shield/moisture barrier for cable core,Copper plastic composite has two functions: one is metal shielding, and the other is water blocking and moisture-proof.The thickness of the copper foil in the copper plastic composite belt is smaller than that of the copper strip, so a plastic layer is needed to increase the strength, facilitate processing, and reduce the cost.the plastic layer melts and swells under the condition of heat, and the condensation resistance gap can play a waterproof role.
