Our company accept OEM & ODM, with clients from all over the world, we develop some blank item for client to put there own logo, also have total factory design item too.

Our factory has about 100-150 skillful workers and technical staffs working in around 2, 000 sq, feet premises.

We have professional designing team with 2D and 3D designers. There are 3-5 new design item for each month. Below are our new design item prodution line.

• Free sample for existing mould, custom design will charge according to the logo and size.

• seller will quote the price base on your quantity, logo and design.

• if the price confirm, seller will make a PI for buyer make payment.

• buyer need to pay 30% deposit with TT to confirm the PI.

• seller will make final artwork after the 30% deposit.

• buyer need to check and confirm the artwork, seller will start making sample with confirmed artwork.

• buyer can check and confirm the sample with picture or physical sample.

• seller will start production when the sample is confirmed.

• seller will update the information during the production.

• the buyer will to settler the 70% balance after the seller inform the finished production.

• the seller will arrange the shipment after the balance is paid.

After sale service

Seller will warrants all the products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair.

Terms:

• Buyer need the check all the products when they received them, if any outer carton damage, please take the photo and claim against the carrier.

• Buyer should inform the seller in 1 weeks when found the defective products.

• Seller need to respond for nothing if the buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without inform the seller.

• Seller guarantee for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but buyer need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can’t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first)

• The seller will prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within 1-2 month after receiving the return goods from buyer, but the parts can be sent to buyer within one month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay.

• Regarding spare parts or replacement buyer will provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller.

• The seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer, and agreed by both parties.
