2 What is luggage name tags

A: for sample, it can be send via express, such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS, about 4-6 days on the way.

A: it will need about 25-35 days depend on the quantity.

A: we need vector format as CRD, AI and PS.
Q: how to make sure we will get the good quality goods?
A: all step will have sampling inspection, and it will do a full QC after assembling the goods, before the packing.
4 After sale service
Seller will warrants all the products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, dis-assembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair.
Terms:
* Buyer need the check all the products when they received them, if any outer carton damage, please take the photo and claim against the carrier.
* Buyer should inform the seller in 1 weeks when found the defective products.
* Seller need to respond for nothing if the buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without inform the seller.
* Seller guarantee for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but buyer need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can’t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first)
* The seller will prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within 1-2 month after receiving the return goods from buyer, but the parts can be sent to buyer within one month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay.
* Regarding spare parts or replacement buyer will provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller.
* The seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer, and agreed by both parties.
