♦ sample time: 5 days for existing sample, 8-10 days for custom design after the payment and artwork confirm.

♦ production time: 25-35 days after the sample confirm. (all the luggage name tags need to produce without stock)

♦ delivery time: door to door about 4-7 days; air shipment about 7-15 days; sea shipment about 25-40 days

♦ delivery term: ex-factory, door to door, FOB and CIF

♦ loading port: Guangzhou & Shenzhen port of China, the other ports are ok if there is requirement

Q: can i ask for sample? How much?

A: of course, we could provide sample by free with stock item, if new design, it will need to make mould, price will depend on mould.

Q: can I do my own design?

A: yes, we can do with custom design.

Q: what kind of logo effective can I do?

A: most item can do lase engrave and silk screen print logo, and it can do embossed logo, debossed, hot press, gold / silver foil, epoxy sticker and soft enamel fill too. All logo depend on your requirement, will suggest a reasonable on the one you like.

Q: what kind of plating for metal product

A: silver(shiny nickel and matt nickel), gold color, bronze, antique plating and so on.

Q: when can I get the sample after make order?

A: if we have stock, we can provide in 2 days, if custom design, will provide with 10days after the design artwork confirm and settle payment!

5 How to make order

• all the aluminum travel tags price can be negotiated

• please contact the seller if you like the aluminum travel tags

• seller will quote the price base on your quantity, logo and design

• if the price confirm, seller will make a PI for buyer make payment

• buyer need to pay 30% deposit with TT to confirm the PI

• seller will make final artwork after the 30% deposit

• buyer need to check and confirm the artwork, seller will start making sample with confirmed artwork

• buyer can check and confirm the sample with picture or physical sample

• seller will start production when the sample is confirmed

• seller will update the information during the production

• the buyer will to settler the 70% balance after the seller inform the finished production

• the seller will arrange the shipment after the balance is paid
