Steel Roll Turning Lathe with Automatic Chip Removal System

1. Application of CNC Roll Turning Lathe: Professionally used for modifying re-grooving the old steel rolls or machining the new steel roll , roll bar by steel plants. The roll turning cnc lathe can not only realize the machining process of turning, tapping, threading, groove, etc, but also the facing, ex-circle, surface, etc

We have our own foundry with professional inspection devices, such as Hardening Furnace, straightness tester, stifness detection system, ultrasonic fault detctor, etc. We can contorl the castings quality very well to guarantee a high precision, rigidity and stability of lathe machine.

4 guide rails with telescopic steel cover of lathe machine with high rigidity, stability and accuracy after ground by our 12 meters big gantry grinding machine

Rough & finish machining is achieved in the cnc lathe machine with SIEMENS or FANUC cnc control system


The operation panel is PLC Control with our special design which obtained national patent, the operation is easy, like CNC but cheaper and easier than CNC Control.
