ZY-DY series products include ZDY, ZLY and ZSY types of parallel shaft reducers and DBY, DBYK, DCY and DCYK types of vertical transmission reducers.

3.1 ZDY, ZLY and ZSY types of reducers


ZDY, ZLY and ZSY types of external gearing involute cylindrical gear reducers are in compliance of JB/T8853-1999. They are suitable for metallurgical industry, mining industry, cranes, cement making machineries, construction industry, chemical industry and light industries, etc.
High-speed shaft of the gear reducer rotates slower than 1500r/min; transmission circular speed of the gear reducer does not exceed 20m/s. ambient temperature is -40～45℃, and when the temperature is below 0℃, warm up lubrication oil before starting the gear reducer.
Description of codes:

ZDY stands for single parallel gear reducer;
ZLY stands for two-stage parallel gear reducer;
ZSY stands for three-stage parallel gear reducer.


3.2 DBY, DBYK, DCY and DCYK types gear reducers

DBY, YK, DCY and DCYK types of vertical transmission gear reducers are in compliance with JB/T9002-1999. Input shaft of this series reducer is perpendicular to output shaft of the reducer. It is used in such machineries like belt conveyers and different kinds of transportation machineries. It can also be used in coil mining industry, metallurgical industry, mining industry, chemical industry, construction industry, light industry and petroleum industry, etc.
Working conditions: gear circular speed does not exceed 20m/s; input speed should be lower than 1500m/min; ambient temperature: -40～45℃, pre-heat the lubrication oil before starting-up when temperature is below 0℃.

DBY stands for reducers with bevel gears on the first stage and cylindrical helical gears on the second stage.
DBYK stands for reducers with bevel gears on the first stage, cylindrical helical gears on the second shaft and hollow shaft on the output side.
DCY stands for reducer with bevel gears on the first stage and cylindrical helical gears on the other two stages.
DBYK stands for reducers with bevel gears on the first stage, cylindrical helical gears on the other two stages and hollow shafts on the output side.
