Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings working rolls intermediate stand roughing stand
Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in the steel bar and wire rod rolling.
The rolls are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Kocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc.
At present, our company can produce diameter <=480mm, thickness <=130mm .
We have annual production capacity of 2000 tons,
which fully meet the steel bar and wire rod manufactures demand for the tungsten carbide roll rings.
The allowable deviation of carbide roll rings
Radial runoutofgroove ≤ 0.013mm
Radial runout of periphery ≤0.01 3mm
End face runout ≤ 0.02mm
End face planeness ≤ 0 .01mm
End face parallelism ≤ 0.01mm
Innerholecylindericit ≤ 0.01mm

inner hole roughness 0.4 u m
periphery roughness0.8 u m
end face roughness 0.4 u m
Reasonal production
It is inevitable to find the microcrack on the rolling groove.The microcrack will gradually be extended,stretched and deepened.The groove shall be re-grinded immediately, while the depth of crack is reaching to 0.2-0.4mm.
Otherwise,the crack will be deepened quickly,which leads to a risk of broken TC ring.
The range of normal production is regulated as dollows, it should be reginded when it is reached.:
Stands of pre- finishing roll mill: (3500-4000) tons
1-2 Stands of finishing rolling mill: (1800-2500) tons
3-4 Stands of finishing rolling mill: (1800-2500) tons
5-6 Stands of finishing rolling mill: (1500-2000) tons
7-8 Stands of finishing rolling mill: (1200-1500) tons
9-10 Stands of finishing rolling mill: (800-1200) tons
Stands for reducing diamenters: (800-1200) tons
