It is a kind of nodular cast iron roll with acicular (Bainitie-Martensite) matrix in its microstructure, obtained by adding alloy elements of Ni,Cr,Mo and using special heat treatment.

It is shaped by Centrifugal Casting Machine, or by gravity casting.
