Structural Composition

- Conveyor Belt: It is the core component, commonly used materials are rubber, silicone, PVC, PU, etc., which can meet the needs of different materials and environments, such as food-grade conveyor belts are used in food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

- Rollers: grooved rollers, flat rollers, adjustable rollers, buffer rollers, etc., used to support the conveyor belt and materials, of which the adjustable rollers can prevent the conveyor belt from deflection, and the buffer rollers can reduce the impact of materials on the belt.

- Roller: including driving roller and redirecting roller, driving roller is the main part of power transmission, redirecting roller is used to change the direction of movement of the conveyor belt.

- Tensioning device: the function is to make the conveyor belt reach the necessary tension, avoid slipping on the driving roller, and ensure the deflection of the conveyor belt between the rollers within the specified range.

- Frame: It is used to support the conveyor belt, rollers, drums and other parts, the materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium profiles and so on.
