Application

TC11 alloy is a type of α - β - type thermal strength titanium alloy with excellent comprehensive performance. It has excellent thermal strength properties (high temperature strength, creep resistance, etc.) below 500 ℃ and high room temperature strength. It is mainly used to manufacture compressor discs, blades, drums and other parts of aircraft engines, and can also be used to manufacture aircraft structural components.
Powder can be used in processes such as Selective Laser Melting (SLM), Electron Beam Melting (EBM), Direct Laser Deposition (DLD), Powder Metallurgy (PM), Injection Molding (MIM), Laser Cladding, etc.
