Witness of Tests Mill or factory tests shall be made in the presence of DES representatives. All cost incurred, including that incidental to the tests, shall be borne by the Contractor. If the component or material to be inspected or tested is not ready at the time specified by the Contractor, or if the component or material fails the test carried out, any additional costs incurred by DES from these delays shall be charged to the Contractor.

- Shipping Port: Shanghai Port. For FOB, CFR or CIF quotes, please specify which exact shipping model you require, then inform us of the quantity of your order so that we can accurately calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.

• Payment: 30% by T/T as initial deposit, remaining balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment terms can be negotiated.
