Express road guardrail panel is made from hot rolled steel strips, and straightened, holes punched, roll formed, and cut to length by WLGR series guardrail roll forming machine. The finished products are of many features, such as high efficience, high automatization, less labor,and etc. This machine integrates the technologies of cold roll forming, punching, automatic stack, and automatic controlling.
I. Components of the Machine
The guardrail roll forming machine consists of: manual uncoiler, leveling and adjustable rollers, 9 rollers levering system, 315T four post hydraulic press (punching holes of both end, and cut panel at same time), plat panel punch mould (pin punch and cutting blades, as spare parts), panel support table, quick material feeding system, photoelectrical switch, roller guiding table, 12 fixed position driven forming stations, 3 sets of stand roller, 11 sets synchronization distribute gear box, 2.5mm/4mm steel guardrail cold forming mould, ZQ650 reducer, 45kw stepless speed regulating motor, 5m finished product support table, and PLC controller.
