1. Description of Sheet Metal Profiling Machine

snow stop machine was used to produce snow stop profile, it is a triangle profile. 0.3mm-0.7mm GI and PPGI material. with 10m-15m/minute speed. PLC automatic control system.

Manual Decoiler

Usage:It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. The steel coil is uncoiled automatically.

Guiding Device

Adopt guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet.

Pre-cutter used to cut sheet before roll forming , saving material .

Roll Forming System

Material of rollers:High grade 45# steel,roller surfaces polishing, hard plating chrome coated 0.05mm , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

the 5mm thick sleeve instead of galvanized pipe.To make the shaft and rollers more stable in order to make the profile formed fitted.

Cutting device

A. Adopts post cutting, the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, after cutting, there is no material wasted.

B. Adopts welded frame for good rigidity.

C. The cutting action is drove by the power from hydraulic station which guarantees the procession of the cutting and low noisy, long life.
Hydraulic System It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.

PLC Control System

The target piece`s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. The system is easy to operate and use
