Coil Cars Welding boy, V saddle, four pillar guide, hydraulic up-down, motor drive walking
Uncoiler Single expansion teeth staggering mandrel, AC motor gear transmission uncoiling back tension, hydraulic central aligning, paper peeling
Coil head opener Snubber roll, straightening roll and shoveling plate
Preleveler Double pinch rolls and 2 over 3 leveler to straighten coil plate, and a hydraulic shear
Loop pit One pit situated after preleveler and before slitter, the other pit after slitter and before tension, to synchronize steel strip
Side guide To ensure steel strip in center of the line before slitting
Slitter Double arbors, the upper arbor up-down adjusting, motor and gearbox drive universal joints, need disc knife, spacers, PU rubber, bakelite strip plates tooling.
