Heavy Gauge Slitting Line for Q235 S355 Steel Coils 14 x 2000
To cut 3-14mm thick coil plate in longitudinal direction (or high tensile heavy gauge slitting, such as 2-8mm), etc..., the slitting machine will bear heavy load with robust machine structure!
The level of automation of Heavy Gauge Slitting Line must be high, because manual operation won't be feasible for the heavy machine, all the adjusting must be automatic, such as coil head threading, central guide, scrap winding, separator changing, coil loading and unloading, etc.
Obviously heavy gauge slitting line is a big investment, its application for heavy gauge steel coils slitting, low carbon steel or low alloy steel, maybe its number of slitting is not so much because the width of thickness gauge strips won't be small.
