Home appliance steel sheets are pre-painted galvanized steel sheet (PPGI) sheets or surface laminated sheets, require high precision rapid flying cutting to length machine, for the finished sheets are narrow and short, the cutting frequency must be hundreds of pieces to give enough productivitity,

Household appliance sheets covers about 31% of PPGI Sheets after application of construction(63%), it has advantages: light, good looking and anti-corrosion(50% longer time than GI sheet).

  • 1/ finished sheets must be very flat without stress bending,
  • 2/ finished sheets must be very clean without roll marks,scratches or dirty matters
