Heavy Gauge Steel Cut To Length Line Machine with Auto Stacker

Heavy Gauge Steel sheet cut to length line includes coil preparing saddles, coil loading car, uncoiler, portal frame coil head opener, pre leveler, roll table(side guide, edge trimmer), roll table, side guide, leveler 1 or 2, encoder, shear, convey roll table, pinch feeder, automatic stacker.

Heavy duty continuous process automatic control, although machine not so precisely so smoothly as stainless steel sheet cutting, the carbon steel coil sheet cut to length line is high configuration automatic line.

• Normal carbon steel Yield strength ≤270Mpa Tensile strength≤465Mpa,
• When the steel sheet range is beyond capacity of a leveler, such as 1-10mm, 2-12mm, two levelers, one smaller and one bigger, are suitable, meanwhile twice leveling, first rough leveling and then fine leveling, is good to give flat sheets.
• Stacking adopts simple rack to receive sheets from pinch rolls and then pneumatic pushers push each sheet to neat.
• Encoding length measures sheet length at speed of about 30m/min, 2m sheet x 8pcs per minute.
• Automatic stacker: drawer type receiving roller arms receives steel sheet by pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic up-down moving lift table, pneumatic side and cross pushers, sheet width is screw rod adjusted by motor, output roll table backward transmit sheets out, baffle plate to stop sheets ends.

1.Uncoiler / Decoiler

heavy cut to length line handle heavy steel coils of heavy gauge. the uncoiler has double mandrels and strong sliding bases.

Each mandrel has three steps, the opening and closing of two mandrels by hydraulic cylinders.

Back tension mechanism installed on top of uncoiler base, to ensure uncoiling stability.

2. Portal frame coil head opener

Portal frame is very strong, with snubber press roller ,straightening roller on top of the frame.
the hydraulic snubber roll press on top of steel coil, and its pressing-down angle is adjustable

Straightening roller can slide forward backward to track strip head and straighten it.

Shoveling plate installed on preleveler support the coil head while straighten roller press coil head.

3. first 2+5 pre leveler

the roller is huge and strong,reliefing internal stress of steel coil, roller surface is hardened and chrome coated

To relief the uncoiling bending stress to relaxed state.

4. Heavy duty leveler

number of heavy duty leveler will be 13pcs, 11pcs or 9pcs, diameter of rollers will be 180mm -230mm -300mm,
The gap and angle of upper rollers and lower rollers can be adjusted.

No stop leveling, the leveler continuously working without pressing steel plate while synchro cutting, this is good for protecting steel plate surface without leaving roller mark

When shear is stop cutting, the leveler is clutched and stopped under encoder measuring.

5. Hydraulic shear: 30KW hydraulic pump motor
