Screw down of Rolling Mill has options of mechanic type and hydraulic AGC type,
- mechanic type is composed of motor,speed reducer,brake,worm screw, spherical pad,etc. upper roll can be adjusted quickly and frequently with large stroke and without rolling load, simpler structure and easier maintenance, complex transmission system and lower sensitivity, not suitable for high speed high precision rolling.
- Hydraulic screwdown is composed of hydraulic cylinder, servo valves, hydraulic system, as well as checking meters and computing control system, which don't have complex transmission structure.
