API Steel Pipe Welding ERW Oil Tube Production Line ( HG 219)

Uncoiling→Strip Straightening→ shear & welding table→ Horizontal spiral Accumulating→ flaw detection → Forming→ HF welding→ Deburring (outside and inside) →polishing → online seam detection → MF annealing→ air cooling →water cooling→Sizing→ Pipe Straightening→ Fly Cutting→ roll table→ end milling →hydrostatic test→ go through → check → measure → painting mark → packing

Horizontal roll frame & Vertical roll frame:

Forming stage: 8 sets horizontal roll frame, 2 of them are rotating type.

7sets vertical roll frame, 5 of them are rotating type.

Sizing stage: 4sets universal roll frame, 4sets vertical roll frames.

straightening stage: 2sets 4rolls turks head
