Description

High Precision Sheet Metal Edge Trimming And Recoiling Lines

Rewinding (also called as Recoiling) and Trimming are important operations to be carried out after the Cold Rolling of coils. From HR steel coil to get cold rolled steel coil by cold rolling, before go to next galvanizing or coating, need to trim off the irregular strip edge and recoil the CR steel coil.

The composition of the trimming recoiling line can be the same as slitting line which means slitting and edge trimming on the same production line or specially one uncoiling trimming and rewinding line.

Coil loading Car: 15- 25T load, hydraulic up-down and walking, floor type or pit type
CPC Cantilever Uncoiler, hydraulic sliding on base, active uncoiling, hydraulic mandrel expansion
Coil Head Opener and Shoveling Plate: open coil head and feed it into pinch rolls
CPC frame and control system: CPC camera to detect the strip central position and automatically control uncoiler to move.
Deflector Pinch Roller, Front Shear: big deflection roll to change strip direction and pinch it forward, shear cut off coil head or in middle.
Side Guide: guide steel strip in center of the line before trimming
Edge Trimmer: through shaft same as slitter or two trimmer heads, with press roll while trimming.
Anti flutter Rolls: one over two rolls to anti strip body flutter.
Deburring Rolls: big roll to press and remove burrs.
Edge Scrap winder: wind up the edge scraps, inspection table to check the strip surface.
Tension Deflector roller with Apron plate: provide tension and deflect steel strip before recoiling
EPC frame and control system: to guide strip edge for recoiling neatly, automatically controlled.
Recoiler: recoil steel strip neatly, motor and gearbox drive, hydraulic pusher
Belt Wrapper: hold and guide strip head to automatically wind up on recoiler mandrel
Coil Uncoiling Car: the same structure as coil loading car.
