Precision Steel Coil Slitter Slitting Line Machine for Slitting Stainless Steel 2 x 850

We design and make a 0.2-2 x 850 capacity stainless steel coil slitting line for customer with characters below:

1. Cantilever uncoiler with back tension

2. Pinch deflector roll and crop shear

3. Two loop pits before and after slitter

4. Film laminating before slitter

5. vertical scrap winder online

6. Plate tension and separator

7 Double mandrel recoiler

In one steel slitting line, the uncoiler machine, slitter machine and recoiler machine are the core units.

• Uncoiler machine: load steel coil onto the uncoiler mandrel, open coil head and uncoil the coil in slitting process.
• Slitter machine: double arbors to wear circular rotary knives to slit steel strip longitudinally, the motor and gearbox drive the two arbors, press-down of upper arbor is adjusted by motor and worm gear.

The slitter tools include circular knives, steel spacers between knives and cushions to guide slit strips straightly leaving from slitter.

Precision of slitter is very important, the two arbors must be parallel, the knives and spacers must be good precision.

Knives changing: open operation side slitter stand, install tools onto two arbors.Two slitter heads or turret rotating arbors let tools installation offline and save idle time.

• Recoiler machine: rewind slit strips on recoiler mandrel, it includes press separator, expansion mandrel, drive motor and transmission gearbox,support arm, pusher.

For thin sheet winding, the recoil mandrel is seamless, to protect steel strips inside layers.

The rewound steel strips are neat in layers and edges, the telescope within 0.5mm

Thin sheet slitting machine need high speed slitting 120m/min, 150m/min, 200m/min, thus about half an hour can slit one coil, plus

effective mechanism is arranged to shorten down time, the time of loading, threading and unloading can be finished within 10minutes, each 8 hour can slit 10coils (10coils x 15T = 150T).
