Conclusion: 1) new type high efficiency mill has 25% bigger torque in rough rolling and 78.9% bigger tension, the torque and tension is completely enough at increasing speed, and more stable rolling at thin sheet below 0.3mm; 2) the power saving is obvious, transformer can be 800-900KVA smaller. |
Rolling process:
Hydraulic payoff uncoiler →coil loading car→solid mandrel recoiler→4hi rolling mill(include entry and exit press plates)--solid mandrel recoiler(electric control, AGC system, hydraulic, thin oil system)
Intermediate annealing for SS strip is solution treatment in continuous annealing furnace at speed of around 40m per minute, after cold rolling and annealing, the tension leveling is also considered in the process.
