Flat Steel Bar Cold Rolling Mill Line Machine 1.5 x 16, 4 x 35mm
This machine is used for rolling round steel (wire rod coil) with diameters of less than or equal to 25mm to become flat steel 1.5 x 16mm, 2.0 x 19mm, 3 x 20mm, 3 x 25mm, 4 x 35mm.
The main machine is two roller 2high cold rolling mills, usually 3-5 stands for continuous rolling. consists of a main motor, a reducer herringbone gear integrated gearbox, universal joint shafts, electric pressing device, and electronic control. This machine has high strength and good rigidity, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the flat steel rolling.

Work process:
