In aeroengine, the application fields of Titanium Aerospace Forging include compressor disk, blade, drum, high pressure compressor rotor, compressor casing, etc. About 30% of the structural weight of modern turbine engine is made of titanium alloy. The application of titanium alloy not only reduces the quality of compressor blades and fan blades, but also extends the service life and inspection interval of parts.
Titanium Aerospace Forging need to go through the process of ingot casting, blank making, die forging and machining to obtain the required material structure and properties, which are often used to manufacture the main bearing components of aircraft skeleton and engine rotor.
In the extreme conditions of ultra-high temperature, ultra-low temperature, high vacuum, high stress, strong corrosion and so on, aerospace vehicles not only need superb structural design technology, but also rely on the excellent characteristics and functions of materials. Titanium alloy has been used in fuel tank, rocket engine shell, rocket nozzle tube, satellite shell and so on.
