How is the titanium flange connected to the pipeline?
The titanium flange has holes, and titanium fastners can connect the two titanium flanges. The titanium flanges
are sealed with titanium gaskets. Titanium flange pipe fittings refer to titanium pipe fittings with flanges (flanges or splices).
Titanium flange pipe fittings can be cast, can also be screwed or welded. The flange connection consists of a pair

There are three ways to produce titanium flanges: forging, casting and plate cutting . Among them,
the prices of forged flanges are the highest, followed is mid-plate cutting, and the prices of casting flanges are low.
The forged flange is best quality, and then the plate cutting flange.The casting flange is slightly worse. One of its
functions is to block the end of the pipeline. The second is to facilitate the removal of debris in the pipeline
during maintenance. As far as the sealing function is concerned, it has the same function as the pipe cap.
But flange is more flexible, because there is no way to remove the pipe cap.
Customized titanium flanges require drawings or size instructions.
