U-shaped tube heat exchanger, is a shell and tube heat exchanger, it is composed of tube-plate, shell, tube bundle and other parts.
Under the same diameter, the heat transfer area of u-tube heat exchanger is the largest. It has the advantages of simple structure, compact, high sealing performance, easy maintenance and cleaning, minimum metal consumption and lowest cost under high temperature and high pressure; U-tube heat exchanger has only one tube plate, good thermal compensation performance, strong bearing capacity, suitable for high temperature and high pressure operating conditions.
