High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance shell titanium heat exchanger

Material:

1) Heat transfer tube: pure titanium seamless tube, thickness 0.55mm

2) Shell: stainless steel 304 or 316L, thickness 1.0mm~1.2mm

Features:

1) Application: Can be used in condenser and evaporator, usually used in high temperature heat pumps, spa heaters, swimming pool thermostat, or heating/cooling some corrosive solutions.

2) Pure titanium seamless steel pipe has super corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Don't worry about it being damaged by poor working conditions.

3) The seamless titanium tube has undergone two 50bar pressure nitrogen tests before leaving the factory. Make sure piping is firm and free of leaks.

4) The housing is 304 or 316L stainless steel, so it can be used in high-temperature solutions (the stainless steel housing can withstand 120 ° C, but the PVC housing can withstand up to 45 ° C). In addition, the housing is hydrostatic tested at 10 bar to ensure that the water system does not leak.
