The characteristics of the dry shell and tube falling film evaporator are:

② The required refrigerant charge is small, only 1/3 of the same capacity flooded evaporator;
③ When used for cooling water, even if the evaporation temperature reaches 0℃, there will be no icing accident;
④ The thermal expansion valve can be used for liquid supply, which is more reliable than the liquid-filled float valve.
