Smart Meter YC1893D Digital Three-Phase Electronic Energy Meter Test System with ICTs

Features& Functions

Undergoing Examination: 3P4W and 3P3W Meters

Modes of Examination: Assessments are conducted for active power, reactive power, and cross-connected reactive power.

Optional Enhancements:

  • ICT (Information and Communication Technology) units are deployed at each meter location to facilitate the examination of three-phase meters with integrated current and voltage measurement circuits, known as I-P Links.
  • An optional feature includes the capability to perform neutral current tests.
  • Each meter position is equipped with RS232 and Ethernet ports to enable the automated calibration of electronic meters.

Operational Flexibility: The meter testing system is versatile, capable of measuring a range of meters including mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic types, through fully automated, semi-automated, or manual processes.

Construction and Durability: The system is crafted from aluminum alloy, offering a lightweight yet robust framework with inherent resistance to corrosion.

  • The mechanical meters feature an automatic rotor mark positioning for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • The synchronized operation of scanning heads leads to a simplified control mechanism.
  • The system supports the initiation of tests and the monitoring of creeping phenomena.

  • The system is safeguarded with features to protect against overloads, short voltage circuits, and open current circuits.
  • The user-friendly testing software is compatible with Windows 10 and XP operating systems and is equipped with modules to perform a variety of tests including error analysis, harmonic assessment, demand measurement, and influence evaluation.
