Description:
1. This meter testing system can measure mechanical meters, electronic mechanical meters, and electronic meters through automatic, semi-automatic, or manual operations.
2. Meters being tested: 3P4W, 3P3W, 1P2W.
3. Testing modes: active power, reactive power, and cross-connected reactive power.
4. Simultaneously measure meters with the same specifications but different meter constants.
5. Automatically position the rotor mark of the disc of the mechanical meter, with increased efficiency.
6. Starting test and creeping test.
7. Neutral current test (optional).
8. Install the ICT in each meter position to test three-phase meters with closed current-voltage measuring circuit links (I-P links) (optional).
9. With protection functions against overload, short voltage circuits, and open current circuits.
