Auto Capping Machine Application

  • Used for Linear Packaging line for all kinds of Screw Caps and Press Caps,Theft Proof Caps, automatically Feeding Caps and Capping
  • Good for engine oil bottle and deible oil bottle capping. Customized capping machine is available

  • Automatic Linear Capping for all kinds of caps

  • The machine is operated by touch screen. Easy and convenient.

  • E-stop button can stop machine right away once the machine has any problem.

  • The capping head can screw cap and press cap. It can change mode by touch screen.


Workflow:

  • 1) Manually put bottles on the conveyor
  • 2) Automatic feeding caps from lift machine or vibration plate
  • 3) Bottles conveyed to capping machine to screw/press cap automatically
  • 4) Collect bottles with a turn table(optional)
