Process of glass magnesium board production
Stock:
Put quantitative magnesium, magnesium chloride, perlite, sawdust, nonwovens, glass cloth into the blender.
Molding transmission:
Non-wovens, glass cloth into the forming machine after opened. Molds are prepared on the platform of forming machine. Slurry fall into the mold and enter the forming machine. The standard glass magnesium boards are squeezed on the forming machine. Then cut into the needed length by fixed-cutting machine, turn to the lateral shift system through transferring system, enter the oxidation room.
Dehalogenation
Put the oxidation glass magnesium board into water for dehalogenation treatment.
Fixed-cutting
After dehalogenation, full-automatic fixed-cutting machine finished fix-cutting, packaging, stacking and transported to a packing tested district. All process end.
Required Raw Material
Magnesium Oxide Board is made of filling materials, such as sawdust or all kinds of crushed plant straw (you can select any one kind ) and several chemical raw materials which are token as modified material after special technology.

Structure Principle for Machine
Magnesium Oxide Board Machine with fashionable design, reasonable structure, stable running manufactured board of even thickness in large production once through double- roller-extruding technology. This production line is equipped with shaking device which remove inside and outside air bubble, so our board is more compact. In addition, we use the no-woven cloth as the separating film to increase the toughness and strength of the board. The machine can be adjusted arbitrarily, and then produce the board with the thickness of 2-60mm, the biggest width of 1, 300mm and unlimited length. So you can adjust the thickness of board at will.
