Multifunction Sandwich Panel Machine Light Weight Wall And Cement Board Production

We are an experienced manufacturer of MgO Board making machine . We have it with different automatic levels. The machine line includes: automatic dosing system, forming machine, board receiving machine, solidification, demoulding machine, cutting machine
Raw materials are MgO powder, MgCl2, fiber glass, nonwoven fabric, perlite, etc.
Product capacity: 1200pcs/8hour (according to 10mm thick wet board calculation)

Finished product Size: 1220*2440mm

Thickness: 3, 6,10,12, 16, 18 mm

The MgO board is environmental friendly, high fireproof and waterproof, can be painted, laminated. nailed and sawn. It is widely used for ceiling, wall panel, decorating of indoor wall and lining board for furniture.

MgO board can replace three-ply board, five-ply board, flakeboard, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard ) and Gypsum Board.

product which can replace all kinds of wood board with reasonable price and good quality.

The product manufactured by this equipment has following features:fireproof ,waterproof,environment protection and no toxicity .at the same time it is resistant against acid,alkali and aging. This product can be nailed,planed ,sawed and sticked.in the view of that its fireproofing grade is A .so our product will not be combustible when the fire is 800-1000C.at the same time when our product is fell to the water for a week ,there are not the following phenomenon such as chalking,deformation and warp.in light of there is not glue in the raw materials.so there is not formaldhyde and benzenz for our boards .
