Wire Guide System (Signal Sensor)
1.The signal sensor is the brain of pneumatic,it consists of a rotating shaft and a gas valve that controls the flow of compressed air.We have signal sensor models of type I , type II, type III, type IV , type V , type VI .
The working principle of the control valve is to switch the direction of the inlet and outlet of the pneumatic tires on both sides of the movable base,pushing the movable base right or left . As show in figure 5 . The control valve mainly consists of a valve body value rod and a rotating shaft . This mechanism is characterized by single line intake , so there is only one set pneumatic component . The air control box is not available unless adjusting the pressure.
Notice : Maximum pressure no greater than 0.5 MP , or will cause the accident.
2.Working principle
The compressed air from the pipeline enters the control valve after the pressure is set by the pressure reducing valve .
As show in figure 6 , when mesh blanket offsets to the right,shaft 1 moves to the right . At this time , the spring 2 tension is reduces , making the pressure of the switching valve 3 P1 increases , P2 pressure reduces , the air pressure difference between the two ends of the executing agency 7 , pushing the piston 4 and driving the guide roller 5 to move forward , correcting the mesh blanket to the left . Opposite , when the mesh blanket moves to the left , shaft 1 moves to the left at the same time . The pressure of spring 2 increases and the pressure of the switching valve 3 P1 reduces , P2 pressure increases , guide roller 5 moves backwards as the moving of executing agency 7 , correcting the mesh blanket to the right .
