Description:

The motor rotor is basically composed of the following nine components:

1.Oil baffle: prevents grease from flowing into the commutator inside the bearing;

2.Commutator: Change the direction of current;

3.Varistor: restrain current surges and eliminate sparks;

4.Rotary shaft: connect the rotor components in series and output torque externally;

5.Coating layer (or insulating sheet): isolate the enameled wire from the outside;

6.Wire wrap: a magnetic field that changes through changes in current;

7.Iron core punching: increase magnetic field strength;

8.Copper meson (or sleeve): Adjusting the rotor size;

9.Adjusting pad: Adjust the rotor size to prevent contact between copper mesons and bearings.
