Advantages of Planetary gearbox
1) Low cost. The use of tooth extraction technology simplifies the structure of the planetary reducer. The pin ring structure of the same power and different transmission ratios is the same. The product can be mass-produced. At the same time, the processing technology of key components is good, and no special equipment and superb skills are required. General-purpose locomotives can be processed and manufactured, and the manufacturing cost is low;
(2) High efficiency. The pin-ring planetary reducer realizes rolling meshing, with low friction loss, reasonable load distribution of multi-tooth meshing of the pin-ring cycloid meshing pair, and high transmission efficiency of the whole machine;
(3) High bearing capacity. The planetary structure of the planetary reducer is adopted to realize self-adaptation, so that each pair of meshing pairs participating in the meshing can be evenly loaded, so that the average load on a pair of meshing pairs is reduced, thereby improving its load-bearing capacity and impact resistance;
(4) Smooth transmission and low noise. The mass of the pin ring is small. After the arm bearing is selected according to the strength requirements, the inertial force balance is realized, so the transmission is stable and the noise is low.
