VSM1069 10mm M2 lead screw 26mm stroke stepper motor with POM slider

VSM1069 linear stepper motor is a 10mm diameter motor with M2*P0.4 lead screw and POM (plastic) slider.

The step length is 0.02mm/step (Step length means linear length slider makes when motor takes exactly one step)

The effective stroke/travel distance is 26mm, we also have other stroke, if customers need the lead screw to be longer/shorter.

About linear stepper motor with slider:

Our slider motor is a full set of assembly including motor + lead screw + bracket + slider.

Motor’s step angle is generally 18°/step, which means 20 steps for each turn.

When motor rotates one turn, slider moves one lead.

For single start lead screws: pitch =lead.

So the step length is (step length means linear movement slider travels, when the stepper motor take exactly one step):

For example if lead screw is M2*0.4P (0.4mm pitch regular M2 lead screw), step angle of the motor is 18°, step length of this motor is 0.4mm/20=0.02mm/step.

Also, lead screw length is customizable, and we also need to adjust bracket’s design, if you customize lead screw length.

Stepper motors are used for precise control, widely used on medical equipment, 3D printer, industrial precise control, automation equipment, etc.

Stepper motors can be used in any mechanisms requirement precise conrtol and rotational/linear movement.
