VSM1065 10mm diameter 18 degrees step angle M2 lead screw stepper motor

Description:

This VSM1065 motor has 10mm diameter, with lead screw + slider.

This lead screw is M2, but lead screw pitch is slightly different.

Regular M2 lead screw has 0.4mm pitch, but for this motor it has 0.5mm pitch.

Its pitch is slightly longer.

It has brass nut fitting with M2*P0.5.

Effective stroke (travel distance) is about 33mm, if customers want shorter/long travel distance, we have other models for option.

Step angle is 18°/step, and it takes 20 steps to rotate one turn.

Step length is 0.025mm/step (step length means linear movement slider makes when the motor takes one step.)

About linear stepper motor with slider:

Our slider motor is a full set of assembly including motor + lead screw + bracket + slider.

Motor’s step angle is generally 18°/step, which means 20 steps for each turn.

When motor rotates one turn, slider moves one lead.

For single start lead screws: pitch =lead.

So the step length is (step length means linear movement slider travels, when the stepper motor take exactly one step):

For example if lead screw is M2*0.4P (0.4mm pitch regular M2 lead screw), step angle of the motor is 18°, step length of this motor is 0.4mm/20=0.02mm/step.

Also, lead screw length is customizable, and we also need to adjust bracket’s design, if you customize lead screw length.
