20mm diameter linear actuator motor high accuracy with POM plastic slider
This is a 20mm diameter linear stepper motor with M3*0.5P lead screw. Lead screw pitch is 0.5mm.
Travel distance(stroke) is about 66mm, and if customers what longer/shorter travel distance, we also have other lead screw length options.
The thrust of this motor is more than 1KG (10N), if customers do not need this much of thrust, and need smaller size, we also have 15mm motor with the same design as well, and its thrust is more than 500g (5N).
The slider is plastic(POM), we also have brass slider option, and it has double linear bearings with it. The cost of brass slider is higher than plastic slider design.

About linear stepper motor with slider:
Our slider motor is a full set of assembly including motor + lead screw + bracket + slider.
Motor’s step angle is generally 18°/step, which means 20 steps for each turn.
When motor rotates one turn, slider moves one lead.
For single start lead screws: pitch =lead.
So the step length is (step length means linear movement slider travels, when the stepper motor take exactly one step):

For example if lead screw is M2*0.4P (0.4mm pitch regular M2 lead screw), step angle of the motor is 18°, step length of this motor is 0.4mm/20=0.02mm/step.
Also, lead screw length is customizable, and we also need to adjust bracket’s design, if you customize lead screw length.

Stepper motors are used for precise control, widely used on medical equipment, 3D printer, industrial precise control, automation equipment, etc.
Stepper motors can be used in any mechanisms requirement precise conrtol and rotational/linear movement.
