15mm stepper motor attached with 1812 worm gearbox
This series of geared motors is assembled using SM15 stepper motor and 1812 precision metal worm gear reducer.
The gear motor overall volume is small, the reduction ratio can be selected in a wide range, and the angle between the output shaft and the motor bearing is 90 degrees, which is suitable for the installation requirements of special occasions.
The basic step angle of the motor is 18 degrees, that is 20 steps per revolution, plus the deceleration effect of the gear box, the final motor angle resolution can reach 0.018~0.9 degrees, which can be used in various places requiring precise control.
The selectable speed ratios are 1:21 1:42 1:118 1:236 1:302 1:399 1:515 1:603 1:798 1:1030, different speed ratios will produce different final Torque and speed, customers can choose according to different torque and speed requirements. For example, if a gear box with a speed ratio of 118 is selected and the motor is driven at 800pps, the final output shaft speed N=800*18/6/118=20.33
