Function:

HD-816 is a special additive added to metal powder bonding, suitable for different systems of metal effect powder coatings. Prevent the adhesion and agglomeration of powder particles during the bonding process
Increase bonding temperature and improve bonding effect of metal coatings
Reduce the amount of metal pigments required for metal effect powder coatings
Improving the heat and salt spray resistance of coatings

Addition amount and usage method:

1.The addition amount of metal bonding additives for HD-816 is generally 0.2-1.5%

2.Using heating bonding equipment, add HD-816 and the base powder together into a hot mixing cylinder, stir and raise the temperature to about 65 ℃. Slowly stir and add metal pigment powder, control the temperature for 10-25 minutes. Place the material in a cold mixing cylinder, stir slowly, and quickly cool the powder to below 35 ℃. Add flow additives, and place the material through a sieve.

Product packaging: 15kg/pack 20kg/pack (lined with polyethylene bag)

Storage:It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, and dry warehouse to avoid impurities mixing in
