Addition amount and usage method:
1.The addition amount of metal bonding additives for HD-816 is generally 0.2-1.5%
2.Using heating bonding equipment, add HD-816 and the base powder together into a hot mixing cylinder, stir and raise the temperature to about 65 ℃. Slowly stir and add metal pigment powder, control the temperature for 10-25 minutes. Place the material in a cold mixing cylinder, stir slowly, and quickly cool the powder to below 35 ℃. Add flow additives, and place the material through a sieve.
