Addition amount and usage method:
1. In different systems, the addition amount of wear-resistant wax powder is generally between 0.2 and 0.5%
2. Directly dispersed in solvent based coatings and inks through high-speed stirring
3. It can be added through various grinding machines and high shear dispersion equipment
4. Pre dispersion treatment can be carried out to prepare a wax slurry with a wax powder concentration of 20-30%, which can be added to the system when needed to reduce the dispersion time of the wax powder
