Ball Mill Introduction:

Ball Mill Structure:

Ball mill is composed of feeding device, discharge device, rotation device ,speed reducer, small transmission gears, motor, and electric control part. The Hollow Shaft is made of cast iron, the inner plates can be changed, the large rotating gears are manufactured by the casting process, and inside the cylinder is equipped the wear-resistant plates, it has good abrasion resistance. The machine is running smoothly, it works reliably.

Ball Mill Features

1. High-efficiency. Baichy ball mill adopts rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support with bearing bush. Therefore, it can save energy by 10-20%.

2. Simple structure, easy maintenance. Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). Convenient installation and debugging , easy to operate.

3. High processing capacity,obvious continuous operation advantages. The capacity can get 4.6-260 t/h.

4. Wide-range usage. Ball mill as an old grinding equipment in market, the technology is mature and operated steadily.

As to the environmental protection, we adopt a special design. The noise is less than 80Db (A) through the noise reduction device, vibration reduction of the equipment and some soft connections. By using a high-quality filter bag, the dust emission is less than 20mg / m3.

The electronic control system uses program control to control the entire production process, from the feed silo, grinding and classification, to product packaging.
