Working Principle of Limestone and Calcium Carbonate Raymond Roller Grinding Mill:

The limestone or calcium carbonate are first crushed to the required size by the jaw crusher or hammer crusher, and the crushed limestone or calcium carbonate are conveyed to the hopper by the elevator, and then the belt conveyor or vibrating feeder sent the crushed limestone or calcium carbonate into the grinding mill.

Grinding process: the grinding roller suspended on the spider arm revolves around the vertical axis and rotates by itself at the same time. Due to the centrifugal force when rotating, the grinding rollers move towards and tightly presses on the grinding ring. And the crushed limestone or calcium carbonate is lifted up by the shovel on the grinding base. So the limestone or calcium carbonate is ground between roller and ring.

Classifying process: After the limestone or calcium carbonate is ground, the blower send air into the grinding house, and move the powder up, then through the classifier to go to the cyclone for collecting. The coarse powder will be blocked by the classifier and fall down into the grinding house for regrinding.
