The unique concentric conditioning mechanism, give a superior and dependable material conditioning/feeding combination not available with other designs. Dual Auger Feeders specifically designed for difficult to handle materials. The main Feed Auger in these units are supplemented by a slowly rotating concentrically mounted conditioning auger or blade, which maintains the supply of material at a constant bulk density to the feed auger. The gentle movement of product created by the secondary auger or blade encourages flow from hopper to feed chamber, preventing bridging and rat holing and, therefore, providing consistent, reliable volumetric feeding.

1. The feeding range can reach 15-4000l /hr, the feeding capacity can be selected according to the material characteristics of different screw and feeding methods, the accuracy can be up to + / - 0.5%-0.8%.

2. The feeding machine is installed on the C2 scale platform, which USES tolido sensor. The weighing platform is made of stainless steel, and the sensor is semi-enclosed by the shell, so as to reduce the material entering the weighing platform and affect the accuracy of weighing. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel.
