The characteristics of microwave drying machine:
It is mainly used for thawing of frozen pork in cold storage before it is divided. This equipment has the characteristics of fast thawing speed, high work efficiency and no pollution in the whole process. It is more suitable for mass production of factories under the action of high frequency radiation of electromagnetic waves. Polar molecular vibration produces elastic collision with surrounding molecules, and heat is observed. The heating method is generated from the inside of the product material. The use of this method to warm the food is low in production cost, high in efficiency, no bacterial growth and floor space. The small advantage is unmatched by other methods.
