Equipment introduction:

The depth of penetration of microwaves in ice is greater than that of water, but the rate of absorption of water is faster than that of ice, and for heat, the effect of absorption is greater than the effect of penetration. Therefore, the melted and thawed region absorbs a lot of energy and easily causes an overheating effect in the thawed region. Therefore, the speed of thawing should not be too fast, and the tempering process can be performed by intermittent microwave thawing or reasonable control.
